In 2024, we enhanced the area around our production facility by planting a Maple Alley along the access road. This initiative aims to beautify the surroundings and provide a pleasant environment for all to enjoy by Mostiškės Pond.”
“Committed to sustainability, we significantly reduced our carbon footprint by installing a 90 kW solar power plant in 2019, covering 85% of our energy consumption. Building on this commitment, an additional 58 kW solar power plant was established in 2025, ensuring 100% self-sufficiency in clean, renewable energy and eliminating reliance on grid suppliers. To support green transportation, we also provided two electric vehicle charging stations for our staff.”
“Our manufacturing operations are water-independent, with water usage limited exclusively to domestic needs. To uphold our commitment to environmental stewardship, we have implemented two advanced biological wastewater treatment systems. These systems ensure that all discharge is meticulously purified, preventing any untreated wastewater from impacting natural ecosystems.”
“Our dedication to social responsibility continues despite the state’s repeal of the ‘socially responsible enterprise’ status. We proudly employ and fully integrate several individuals with disabilities into our team. Our commitment extends to the local Mostiškės community, where we provide ongoing support to vulnerable groups (e.g., through Christmas and Easter gifts). We have also taken the initiative to lease and rehabilitate the Mostiškės Pond shores, enriching it with diverse fish populations to offer both recreational opportunities and a food source for local residents. Additionally, we contribute to children’s well-being by providing Christmas presents and supporting the development of a shared play zone.”
